Four City Council Members to Vote for Haggerty

August 27, 2018

Four members of the Woburn City Council recently came out in support of Rich Haggerty’s campaign for State Representative of the 30th Middlesex District. Each member shared their experiences working alongside Rich and explained why they will be voting for him on September 4th.

“Having worked closely with Rich over the past 5 years on the Woburn City Council, I have always found him to be very professional; always willing to listen to all sides of the debate before reaching a decision – and that’s why I’ll be voting for him,” explained Alderman at Large, Mike Concannon.

“Rich has been a real partner on the City Council. He’s been a staunch supporter of my constituents in the south end, he has championed economic development, and always protected our neighborhoods – and that’s why I’ll be voting for him,” said Dick Gately, Alderman Ward 2.

“Rich is as hard of a working City Council President as there is out there. He is always available, and he genuinely cares about our city – and that’s why I’m voting for him,” stated Alderman Ward 3, Mark Gaffney.

“I would be proud to have Rich representing us on Beacon Hill. He has a proven record of being able to build consensus and produce results. He is a hard worker and someone who we can rely upon to always come through for us,” Michael Anderson Alderman Ward 4 said.

“I very much appreciate the prominent support of my colleagues on the City Council. I have been fortunate to work with dedicated public servants in our community and they will be great partners in building a fairer, more prosperous, stronger Commonwealth,” noted Rich Haggerty in response.

Rich Haggerty is Running for State Representative of the 30th Middlesex District in Woburn and Reading. The Massachusetts Democratic Primary will be held on September 4th.
